At FabLab RUC, building 4.0

At the demo days, we want to bring makers, designers and the art-science-scene together. The aim is to push us all to present cool projects, share ideas, knowledge and feedback.

Every day at FabLab RUC we, the users and the students develop new projects and experiments, test new tools, machines and methods, have interesting conversations and many thoughts on digital production, bio-fabrication and state-of-the-art technology. We know the same is the case in other labs, therefore we invite you to come and share your work with us and the community.

The participants will be given 7 minutes to talk about their project and 3 minutes for questions and feedback. No projects are too small (or too big).

The program is so far the following:
Nikolaj Møbius (Dzl) : Synthesizer and signal processing for ESP32
Juliana Lewis & Yuxi Liu : Løft - Monitoring air quality with pollutant-sensing kites
Kristel Laurits : Using digital fabrication tools in a creative design process

Let us know if you want to present some work too. The only thing you need to do is write to us on Facebook or write an email to

You don’t need to bring a project to participate. Everybody is welcomed to bring only their curiosity and a friend with them ;)

There will be snacks and drinks.
